Dear Nero, you suck!

Dear Nero 8, You suck major ass! Last week I purchased a copy of you because I needed a good quality CD burning program. And while you do indeed burn CDs with good reliability, whoever wrote your "CD Cover Designer" features needs to be rounded up and shot! How flipping hard is it to line up both the front and back pages of the CD booklet so I can just click "print", fold the paper over so the edges line up, and be done with it? WHY in all your years of making CD software did you find it necessary to put a 1/2 GAP between the booklet pages, FORCING the user to spend twice as much time cutting individual pages out, AND tracking down a roll of scotch tape so the damn things will stay together?! iTunes, which is FREE, comes closer to what I want with its little "print playlist" feature (which I'm sure was an afterthought in that product at best)! If you weren't in Germany (and probably lacking anything close to a tech support department in my time zone) I would be on the phone bitching at you first thing tomorrow morning. For Christmas, I hope you cancel the holiday bonuses for your employees, and instead spend that money on books that discuss how to build quality user interfaces and feature sets.
