Teaching a SQL Scripting Class, July 7 and 8

June 26, 2015

I'm teaching a "SQL Scripting" class on July 7 and 8 in Sacramento. There are a couple spots left if anyone would like to sign up. Topics covered include building database tables, rows, columns, primary keys, foreign keys, SELECT statements, WHERE clauses, sorting, joins, subqueries, nested queries, basic CRUD operations, temp tables, views, stored procedures and aggregate functions.  This is a great intro class, especially for anyone that needs to do basic data analysis, write reports, or just wants to understand more about proper database structure and SQL concepts.

This is a 2-day class (July 7 and 8) and runs from 9am to 4pm both days, at the AcademyX office in Sacramento.  The regular cost is $695 per person but I can probably get you a bit of a discount. Drop me a line if you're interested in signing up. Thanks!
